Paoli Legal was founded by Davide Paoli and built over thirteen years in the Emirates without inherited partners, inherited clients or borrowed reputation. The firm advises on the matters that sit between jurisdictions: cross-border disputes and their enforcement, ships and their cargoes, sanctions and the trade they complicate, and the movement of capital between the Gulf, Europe and Africa.

The practice is deliberately small. Every matter is led personally, supported by a selected bench of specialist counsel and long-standing correspondent relationships across the Middle East, Europe, North and East Africa, and Asia.
